Rates

• $115 per 55 minute Individual Session

• $155 per 55 minutes Couples & Family Session

• Group Sessions - Psycho-Education(varies)

• Group Sessions - Court Order (varies)

• Group Sessions - Addiction(Substance and Gambling)
   

Payment

• All fees are due at the time of services in the form of cash, check, & credit card.

• Medicaid  Approved in North and South Carolina

• As an independent practitioner I do not offer a payment sliding scale.  However, if a reduce fee is absolutely necessary the fee will be based on the client financial need.

Insurance
*Not all insurances are accepted, call for more information. Invoices or Super Bills are available upon request for submitting to insurance company for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours  for rescheduling or cancellations.  Refusal to do so may incur a fee.
